Welcome to SNPLogic - Interactive SNP Selection, Annotation
and Prioritization System

The purpose of SNPLogic is to provide comprehensive interactive SNP annotation, selection and prioritization system for focused genotyping projects and/or analysis and interpretation of SNP data. The user can create one or more SNP lists and populate them by adding SNPs either directly or by picking genes, pathways, chromosomal locations or by uploading own SNP lists. Additionally, user can design one or more SNP scoring systems based on any available SNP annotations. After that, SNP scores can be computed for any user SNP list using any of the designed scoring systems. Those scores can be used to prioritize SNPs. Sorted/filtered SNP lists can be exported in tab-delimited text format. The SNP lists and scoring rules can be kept private or shared within the workgroup or made public. A brief tutorial and acknowledgements can be found in the "Help" section after login.
The default 'anonymous' account provides full functionality of SNPLogic. To obtain a personal SNPLogic account please register.
